Project Management Software plays a crucial role in enhancing project efficiency, collaboration, and overall success. It enables seamless communication, streamlined task management, real-time tracking of progress, and effective resource allocation. With features like Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and document sharing, project management software empowers teams to stay organized, meet deadlines, and make informed decisions. It provides a centralized platform for project data, facilitating data analysis, reporting, and decision-making at various levels of the organization. Implementing robust project management software improves project visibility, enhances communication among team members, and promotes efficient resource utilization. It ultimately contributes to increased productivity, reduced risks, and successful project outcomes.

  • Secure remote access to the system from any location worldwide via the Internet.
  • Implementation of data archiving functionality.
  • Configuration of the preliminary structure for project implementation data.
  • Creation of web pages for ongoing projects.
  • Training of the Customer’s staff on working with the configured system.
The duration of this stage is estimated at 20 working days.

Responsibilities:

  • Contractor: Provision of system deployment engineer and programmer for system configuration and setup. Provision of necessary tools and resources for service setup.
