Additionally, not only can a project influence stakeholders, but stakeholders can also influence the project, affecting the implementation process or project outcomes in similar ways\u2014directly or indirectly, positively or negatively.<\/p>\n<p>Different stakeholders may have competing demands, which can create conflicts within the project. Stakeholders also have varying levels of responsibility and authority, which may change during project planning and implementation. Therefore, successfully identifying stakeholders, managing their expectations effectively, and involving them in the project is crucial to the project\u2019s success.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration of the Workshop<\/strong>: 2 to 8 hours (depending on the scale of the customer&#8217;s projects).<br \/><strong>Instructor:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/pmdoc.ua\/en\/trainings\/instructors\/anatolii_savin\/\">Anatolii Savin, PfMP, M.S.P.M., PMP<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>How the &#8220;w.Stakeholders&#8221; Workshop is Conducted<\/h2>\n<p>During this workshop, participants will experience three main &#8220;phase transitions&#8221;:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>From a basic <strong>understanding<\/strong> that there are people around the project who can influence it \u2192 to a clear <strong>list<\/strong> of all individuals, groups, or organizations involved.<\/li>\n<li>From this <strong>list<\/strong> \u2192 to a well-defined <strong>strategy<\/strong> for working with stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>From the <strong>strategy<\/strong> \u2192 to concrete <strong>actions<\/strong> directed at stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Under the guidance of an instructor, the team will accomplish the following tasks:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Identify all project participants (including the sponsor, customer representative, technical experts, and business experts).<\/li>\n<li>Create a register of all stakeholders, detailing their interests, levels of involvement, relationships, and influence on the project.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and identify stakeholder requirements, concerns, and expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a stakeholder matrix and select strategies for engaging stakeholders (both groups and individuals).<\/li>\n<li>Develop a Communications Plan and a Stakeholder Engagement Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Implement the developed plans, aiming to increase support and reduce resistance from project stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Results of the w.Stakeholders Workshop<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>A <strong>methodology and guidelines<\/strong> for stakeholder management have been developed.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>Stakeholder Register<\/strong> template, including a list of stakeholders with their characteristics, along with an example of a\u00a0completed version of this document.<\/li>\n<li>Practical <strong>experience<\/strong> in identifying and analyzing stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>Stakeholder Matrix<\/strong> template, as well as an example of a completed matrix.<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience in developing a <strong>stakeholder management strategy<\/strong> and creating a Stakeholder Engagement Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in <strong>implementing this strategy<\/strong> and managing stakeholder engagement within the project.<\/li>\n<li>An introduction to the fundamentals of <strong>conflict management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Identification, Analysis, and Engagement of Project Stakeholder Workshop Identification of stakeholders Developing a strategy for stakeholder engagement Work with project stakeholders A stakeholder is a person, group, or organization whose interests may be affected by your project\u2014whether directly or indirectly, positively or negatively, during project implementation or while using the project results.
