\"ProjectCoordinating the work of a project team and the participation of key stakeholders in a project is the key to the project’s successful execution, the desired results, and their acceptance by customers. Project managers have many responsibilities: team management, team-building, internal negotiation, and stakeholder expectations management. Actually, the project manager takes the role of an agent between the project team and stakeholders.<\/p>\n
