Project managers have many responsibilities: team management, team-building, internal negotiation, and stakeholder expectations management. Actually, the project manager takes the role of an agent between the project team and stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Developing soft skills, which are so important for a project manager\u2019s success, is the mission of this training.
