The Owner does not provide a list of collected categories of Personal Data.

Personal data may be provided by the User independently or, as in the case of Usage Data, it may be collected automatically by the PMDoc portal.
Providing all data requested by the PMDoc portal is mandatory. In case of failure to provide them, the portal will not be able to provide services. If the PMDoc portal requests additional data, users have the right not to provide it, this will not affect the availability or efficiency.
Users who cannot independently determine the data required to be provided are advised to contact the Owner.
Unless otherwise specified, the use of cookies or other tracking tools by the PMDoc portal or the owners of third-party services put into operation by the PMDoc portal, including for purposes other than those listed in this document and in the Cookie Policy (if any), is carried out in order to provide the services requested by the User.

The User shall be responsible for the Personal Data of third parties published or provided to other parties through the PMDoc portal and confirms that he/she has the authority to publish or distribute it, releasing the Owner from any liability in this regard in relation to third parties.

The Data is processed using computers and/or information technology (IT) supported tools in accordance with organizational procedures and methods strictly related to the specified purposes. In some cases, the Data may be available, in addition to the Data Controller, to certain categories of responsible persons related to the operation of the Website (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administrators) or to third-party organizations (such as third-party technical service providers, postal organizations, hosting service providers, information technology providers, communication services), which the Owner entrusts, if necessary, to perform the functions of the Data Processor. An updated list of these persons can be requested from the Data Controller at any time.

Shelf life

The data is stored for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User or determined by the purposes described in this document, and the User may at any time request the Data Controller to suspend the use of the data or delete it.

Appealing to the court

The User’s personal data may be used for legal purposes by the Data Controller in court or at the stages leading to a possible appeal to the court due to the fact that the PMDoc portal or related services were used improperly. The User is aware that the Data Controller may be obliged to disclose personal data at the request of public authorities.

In addition to the information contained in these rules for ensuring the confidentiality of personal data, the PMDoc portal may provide the User, upon request, with additional and contextual information regarding specific services and services or the collection and processing of Personal Data.

In order to ensure the operation of the system and its maintenance, the PMDoc portal and any third-party services may maintain files in which the interaction of the PMDoc portal with Users is recorded (system logs), or use other Personal Data (in particular, IP address) for this purpose.

Rights of Users

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to these rules for ensuring the confidentiality of personal data at any time by posting a notice to Users on this page. In case of disagreement with any changes made to the Rules, the User must stop using the PMDoc portal and may request that the Data Controller delete his or her Personal Data. The Data Owner is responsible for these rules for ensuring the confidentiality of personal data placed on the servers of the PMDoc portal.

Personal information (or Data)

Any information about an individual or legal entity, institution or association that is determined or can be determined based on any other Information, including a personal identification number.

Data on the use of network resources

Information automatically collected by the PMDoc portal or third-party services used by the portal, in particular: IP addresses or domain names of the Users’ computers using the PMDoc portal, URIs (universal resource identifiers), time of the request, method of making the request to the server, size of the file received in response, numerical code indicating the status of the server response (successful, error, etc.), country of origin, characteristics of the browser and operating system used by the User, various information about the time of each visit (for example, the time spent on each page of the PMDoc portal), and information about movement within the PMDoc portal with a separate indication of the order of visiting pages, as well as other parameters of the device operating system and/or the User’s computing and information environment.

User.

A natural person using the PMDoc portal who must be the same as or authorized by the Data Subject and to whom the Personal Data relates.

The legal or natural person to whom the Personal Data relates.
