pm.Praxis (version 7.0) is a cutting-edge training program designed to equip participants with the tools, knowledge, and practical understanding required for leading modern projects with efficiency and efficacy. Anchored in the principles of the PMBOK Guide – Seventh Edition, the training is an immersive experience, combining theoretical knowledge with practical exercises to ensure real-world applicability.

Training Duration: 2-5 days (the depth of the PMBOK study can be adjusted based on customer request or industry specifics).
Number of Participants: 9-15 people (for classroom training) or unlimited (for online training)
Language*: Ukrainian or English.
*russian is available under specific conditions: There must be no citizens of the russian pederation in the group. Additionally, training in russian is priced at double the rate. Excess funds will be donated to the Ukrainian Armed Forces or used for the restoration of Ukraine.

Participants will engage in a series of hands-on exercises that foster real-world skills, including:

  1. Preliminary Test: Assess the initial orientation in the domain of project management to gauge the readiness level of the group and adjust content delivery.
  2. Project Selection Group Exercise: Choose a project (serving as a continuous example throughout the training) and draft its concept.
  3. Project Charter Development: Collaboratively craft a Project Charter.
  4. WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) Creation: Develop a comprehensive WBS for the selected project.
  5. Team Problem-solving Test: Tackle challenges in project stage planning as a group.
  6. Project Scheduling & Critical Path Method Exercise: Design a project schedule and analyze using the Critical Path Method.
  7. Project Milestone Determination: Collaboratively pinpoint key project milestones.
  8. Project Reporting Exercise: Create project reports based on S-curves and milestone lists.
  9. Risk Identification and Response Planning: Identify potential project risks and strategize appropriate response actions.
  10. Multi-project Management Simulation: Practice multi-project management skills in situations with limited company resources and address resource conflicts.
  11. Client Requirement Understanding Game: Hone skills in understanding client requirements and delivering completed projects.
