Training on the Practical Use of the Project Management Institute® Standard for Managing Programs. The training offers an intensive presentation of material combined with the consolidation of acquired knowledge through practical examples, individual and group exercises, and business games.

Participants will:

  • Study the material from the standard.
  • Apply techniques and processes for launching, planning, executing, controlling, and completing programs.
  • Understand the essence of these tools and principles for their independent application in practice.

Duration: 1-2 days (7-16 hours)
Number of Participants: 8-12 people
Language Options*: Ukrainian or English
*Training can also be conducted in russian, but there should be no russian citizens in the group. The cost for training in russian will be twice as high, with the additional funds being donated to the Ukrainian Armed Forces or for the reconstruction of Ukraine.

  • Stakeholder and Program Identification: Identify stakeholders, goals, requirements, structure, and content of the program.
  • Program Planning: Develop a program management plan and program schedule.
  • Budget Management: Estimate costs and develop a budget and financing plan.
  • Risk Management: Identify and analyze program risks and develop response measures.
  • Quality Assurance: Plan audits and ensure program quality.
  • Program Monitoring: Monitor program implementation within the planned timeframe and budget.
  • Change Management: Manage events and changes in the program.
  • Program Closure: Close the program correctly.

  1. The exercises are organized sequentially to leave a holistic impression of the topic in your mind, covering:
    – The main stages of the program life cycle and the key challenges of each stage.
    – Provisions of the PMI® Standard for Program Management.
    – Basic processes and tools for program management.
  2. Students are provided with certificates of completion, reflecting 7-16 contact hours.
