This tool helps identify gaps in their project management knowledge. According to the PMP Exam Content Outline, a project manager’s knowledge is categorized into 35 tasks across three domains (an example of the KnowledgeMap is shown in the figure).KnowledgeMap for the PMP Prep Course

During mock exams, specialists respond to questions correctly or incorrectly, and all answers are recorded in the system. Since each question relates to specific tasks and domains, this process provides a comprehensive overview of which topics need further attention. Preparation for the PMP exam continues until all topics are marked in green on the KnowledgeMap, with each section ideally having at least 75% correct answers.
