Training on the practical application of the Project Management Institute® standard for managing program and project portfolios. This training seamlessly merges an intensive presentation of the material with hands-on examples, ensuring that participants can reinforce their acquired knowledge through individual and group exercises, as well as business simulations.
Throughout the course, participants delve into the standard’s content, utilize tools and methods for project portfolio and limited resources management, and gain a deep understanding of these tools for independent application in real-world scenarios.

Training Duration: 1-2 days, 7-14 hours (the depth of exploration can be adjusted per customer request, along with any industry-specific content)

Language*: Ukrainian or English
*russian is also an option, but no russian citizens should be in the group. Additionally, training in russian will cost double. The additional proceeds will be donated to the Armed Forces of Ukraine or towards rebuilding Ukraine.

Knowledge and Skills
Upon completing the training, trainees will have acquired the following knowledge and skills in portfolio management:
- Identifying, classifying, evaluating, selecting, prioritizing, and launching new projects.
- Identifying and analyzing risks for both the organization and the entire project portfolio, as well as developing risk response strategies.
- Allocating the organization’s resources efficiently across all projects in the portfolio.
- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships throughout the project portfolio and producing high-level reports to facilitate informed decision-making.

Organization of the Training
- The exercises are structured in a sequence designed to provide listeners with a coherent understanding of:
- The main stages of the portfolio lifecycle and the key challenges associated with each stage;
- The provisions of the PMI® standard for portfolio management;
- Fundamental portfolio management processes and tools.
- Upon completion, trainees are provided with certificates (representing 14 contact hours).
