Dive into the key concepts and methods of ISO 21504 “Portfolio Management”, which are crucial for successful portfolio implementation. This course offers insights into the principles of project and program portfolio management, enhancing your implementation skills. You’ll be equipped with tools, insights, and methodologies for successful execution.

During the training, participants engage in individual and group exercises, delving into a portfolio of their preference (often from the client’s industry). They will apply various tools, techniques, and methods to define portfolio objectives, identify potential components, draft a portfolio plan, ensure its alignment with strategic goals, assess and report on its performance, and understand the core essence of these tools for practical application.

Duration of the training: 1-2 days, 7-14 hours (at the request of the customer, the depth of study of ISO 21504 is changed and industry specifics are imposed)
Number of participants: 9-15 people (for classroom training) or up to 6 people (for online training)
Language*: Ukrainian or English
*russian is also an option, but no russian citizens should be in the group. Additionally, training in russian will cost double. The additional proceeds will be donated to the Armed Forces of Ukraine or towards rebuilding Ukraine.

Preliminary Requirements

Before enrolling, participants must either:

  1. Attend the seminar iso.21500 – ISO 21500 “Context and Concepts” or independently familiarize themselves with the ISO 21500 standards set.
  2. Undergo the training iso.21502 – ISO 21502 “Project Management” or participate in an alternative project management training.
  3. Complete the training iso.21503 – ISO 21503 “Programme Management” or another similar program management course.

Knowledge and Skills

Participants will immerse themselves in contemporary portfolio management concepts and terminology. Upon training completion, attendees will:
