We’re implementing the Regulation for Project Management, a crucial step in optimizing work processes within the Project Management System (PMS). At the heart of our approach is the utilization of ISO 21500 series standards, including ISO 21502:2020 “Guidelines on Project Management”, ISO 21504:2022 “Guidelines on Portfolio Management”, and more. These internationally recognized standards bring numerous advantages, such as aligning project management terminology, harmonizing regulatory frameworks, and promoting conformity and cooperation.

However, we understand that each customer has unique requirements. Thus, we offer flexibility to accommodate other project management standards or frameworks, tailoring the Regulation to suit specific needs.

Throughout the implementation process, the Regulation undergoes rigorous verification on real projects, ensuring its alignment with project management processes and tools. We make necessary adjustments to optimize its effectiveness and usability, guaranteeing a tailored approach that fits your organization’s goals.

To enhance user experience, the Regulation is seamlessly integrated into the Project Management System, leveraging technologies like Microsoft Power Automate. This integration empowers users to perform tasks in a prescribed sequence, receive process instructions within the interface, and access document templates easily. We also provide comprehensive training to key employees, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to leverage the Regulation effectively.

Results achieved during this stage encompass various critical aspects, including clear definitions and frameworks for tasks, projects, project programs, and project portfolios. We establish comprehensive project initiation procedures, define roles and responsibilities of project managers and other participants, and formalize project management and implementation processes.

As we progress, we create a package of project templates, develop change management procedures, configure stakeholder communication points, and seamlessly integrate the project management business process into the Project Online system.
