General Information
EDUCATION-BY-EXPEDITION — innovative way of getting knowledge and improving your project management skills being a part of real project. In this training, participants will face all the difficulties that real managers have in real-life projects while our trainers teach participants, how to deal with these difficulties.
EDUCATION-BY-EXPEDITION – it is all in one approach: training, entertainment and project.
Together we will plan and perform not big but very responsible and interesting project — climbing to mountaintop. The entire project team practically and comprehensively examine the project management knowledge, especially tools and methods that helps you to organize expedition of any complexity.
Coming from an idea to the top, participants will feel close touch of project management power that will help them to use this power in their future work and everyday life.

After training you will improve skills on how to:
- Develop goals, plan, regulations, life cycle and WBS-project structure.
- Identify and execute the criteria for success and failure of the project.
- Identify project environment.
- Authorize and Run the project.
- Develop and analyze the project schedule. Identify project milestones.
- Produce reporting and evaluate the implementation of the project.
- Identify project risks and plan activities to prevent and respond to risk events.
- Evaluate the cost of the project.
- Manage the project in under-resourced team and resolve resource conflicts.
- Prepare and conduct tenders for services and resources needed by the project.
- Optimize logistics in order to deliver participants to the starting point and back home.
- Working in a geographically distributed team.
- Use information systems and software tools for project management.
- Manage project changes.
- Summarize, analyze lessons learned and close projects.
Requirements for participants
• Over 18 years old.
• The absence of disease incompatible with active lifestyles.
• Basic physical training.
